Dolci

A perfect way to end an evening: Fig Sorbetto and a glass of chilled Muscato from the north. Mmmm...

Oh, and speaking of tasty, I must mention the ginger-cinnamon gelato alongside the honey gelato I had while gazing at the Pantheon yesterday. A few of us have also got into the late afternoon habit of a caffe corretto (sambuca): a shot of espresso with a splash of Sambuca, especially after walking for hours. Do try this at home. Please.
