Harvest Time

I have been posting the garden development and bounty in the picasa album, but I am going to start posting some adventures in eating...here are some of my attempts. The lighting in my apartment is a difficult mix to photograph and I'm struggling with blurry images and difficult to control color - but here they will be no less:
